Our 2008 Rosé of Syrah's light strawberry and cherry flavors make for a nice outdoor refreshment. The wine gets its bright pink color from a brief, 12-hour contact with the must, and is then fermented in neutral French oak barrels to achieve its rich, vibrant texture.
