A classic White Burgundy.  Our Chardonnay grapes come from 2 premier vineyards in the heart of Russian River.  Barrel fermented using 35% new French oak, aged 10 months and another 6 months in the bottle prior to release.  The 2008 vintage begins with soft aromatics and subtle flavors of minerals and dried herbs, before delivering rich notes of vanilla cream, ripe pear and apple on the palate.
