Our Napa Valley Chardonnay grapes come from a single vineyard in Yountville, called Rancho Sarco.  Barrel fermented using 35% new French oak, aged 10 months and another 6 months in the bottle prior to release.  The 2008 vintage is offers rich, concentrated flavors of pear and honeydew melon complemented by vibrant bright citrus notes. These tropical flavors are well-balanced by subtle oak flavors.
